Liquid Gold Grease uses a multi-complex thickener and heavy-grade base oil formulation that produce an extreme pressure sprayable lubricant for demanding open gear and wire rope applications. Also suitable for other highly loaded components used under punishing conditions and in hostile environments.
Liquid Gold Grease provides protection for extremely heavy-duty open gear drives exposed to continual high shock loads and vibration. It forms a very robust and stable lubrication film between the tooth flank contact points, which prevents metal scoring and premature wear. This grease is free of graphite, molybdenum, and bitumen, forming a transparent film that reduces downtime for equipment inspections and provides excellent gear surface visibility.
The NLGI: 0.5 grade ensures high ambient temperature pumpability in central lubrication systems and a consistent spray pattern for even distribution across the gear surface.
It is also ideal for use in lubricating commercial wire ropes and deeply penetrate and lubricates the individual wires. It also offers a rust resistant layer once full penetrated.
